The goal of our 3-year-old program is to provide a Christian
environment that will enable your child to grow in self-worth, to
develop social skills and to express creativity. We will encourage your
child to become independent and to develop their self-help skills.
3/4 Year Olds

The goal of our 3-year-old
program is to provide a Christian environment that will enable your
child to grow in self-worth, to develop social skills and to express
creativity. Our teachers will help your child make a positive transition
from home to school and they will learn to socialize appropriately with
others. We will encourage your child to become independent and to
develop his/her self-help skills.
4 Year Olds

4/5 Year Olds
Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 12:30 -
3:00 PM
Students must be 5 years old by December 31.
The goal of our 4 and 4/5-year-old programs are to provide a Christian
environment in which your child will feel self-worth, express his/her
creativity, learn to be be cooperative in playing with others, follow
directions, be caring, sharing and loving. The children are exposed to
art, language, math, pre-reading, music, group and individual projects,
games and songs. Our intention is for children who are developmentally
and socially ready to be able to transition to the Kindergarten
classroom.
Junior 5 Year Olds
Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 12:30 - 3:00

Students must be turning 5
years old by September 30.
The Junior 5 program is a
unique opportunity for the pre-kindergarten child to have a variety of
learning experiences in a small group setting. The children are exposed
to art, language, drama, math, pre-reading, music, and creative writing
through group and individual projects, games and songs. The intention is
to give your child a love of learning that can be transferred to
Kindergarten.
Each session for all age
groups includes a circle time, center activities including a
snack,
story time, music, science activities and large motor activities. A writing table is provided in
each classroom. The children also participate in a monthly Chapel Time
with the Associate Pastor of Cary United Methodist Church.
